Oi listen here. What the chuff has chuffing happened to the chuffing music room? There used to be a whole stream of rubbish music on a Friday to keep me entertained while I sit around gagging for that first sweet pint of the weekend.

Spotify. Any thoughts? I've just downloaded the free app and I likes it. Useful way to have a listen to stuff that I wouldn't necessarily otherwise get access to.


And for me it's much easier to use than LastFM - with much less extraneous info. OK, you're not owning the music. But it's all free. For a desk-jockey like me pretty good.


Catch? It's going to get cluttered with advertising isn't it?

Aha! I'll have a look but I'm going to Wembley for the Cup final and hopefully seeing Spurs give Man Utd a thorough good thrashing (in my dreams) and it's also my mate's birthday so we'll see. Anyway off to the What's On section for me. Byeeee!

      Azalea, it is Hair & Beauty at 79 Dartmouth Road, Forest Hill. Next door to the Alex TLC charity shop and opposite side to Forest Hill pools. The salon used to be further up the road towards FH station but moved to current location a few years ago. Closed on Mondays and Sundays. Phone number is 02086992020 My sister also goes to Adam, for cuts and colours/tints. If you choose to go there, tell him that Sue (and Jenni) recommended him 😉

      I'm still unclear, are we talking about wood pigeons or the descended rock doves (the Trafalgar Square pigeons). I hear wood pigeons a lot and one pair has nested in my garden this year, but I rarely see rock doves at all, and haven't for many years.
