close - the drag queen is Sweden's most famous. Can't remember her/his name but shouldn't be too hard to find on t'Net. The Knife are actually brother and sister Olof and Karin Drejer. The brother is the one who dances with the tranny. Karin is the one sat down at the end of the vid.


She also did vocals on Royksopp's "What Else is There?" - so there's the connection!

I can't hear the name James Blunt, without thinking "His parrot's a c*nt" for some reason.

LOL, nice one in a horrid sort of way.


Yeah, know what you mean about Andrew Bird, he's such a full voice you'd think he's a bit more rotund.

His new album, while not exactly a masterpiece, doesn't have any weak songs, which is a pretty good achievement.


As it's become something of a comfort album for me, I keep playing it while I'm waiting to get on a plane, which is why I wish it didn't start with 'fiery crash' a song about falling asleep on the plastic airport seating and waking up to a vision of plunging into the earth in a fireball at 600mph. It's not doing me any favours!!

M?m return with a new album. Here are a couple of samples. They've lost the Valtysdottir twins who provided those dreamy and unsettling trademark voices.

      I got in a right tizz last night, thinking 'this fireworks business is worse than ever tonight, it's outrageous!' ....then realised what date it was... We gave Kalms to the mutt, thanks to Angelina's advice. It's hard to tell after just one night if they work, but I'll definitely try them again, as I'm sure a few people still have a few bangers left over.  Did anyone see the coverage of the scenes in Liverpool and Birmingham? I wonder if this might lead councils to finally clamp down on sales.

      Ah, that's a shame. Best wishes to them. They nursed my old 19-year-old Peugeot through many an MOT and were always friendly and helpful.
