Water vs Alcohol.

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink one litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than one kilo of Escherichia Coli Bacteria found in water that contains faeces. In other words, we are consuming one kilo of shit. However, we do not run that risk when drinking rum, gin, whiskey, beer, wine or other liquors because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermentation.

It is my duty to communicate to all of you people who are drinking water, to stop doing so. It has been scientifically proven that it is unhealthy and bad for you. THEREFORE - It is better to drink alcohol and talk shit than to drink water and be full of it !!

I think the old tale of having to drink 2 litres of water a day has been scientifically debunked recently.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the magical qualities of Ibuprofen for a hangover - works wonders. That and a good fry-up.

Plus a hair of the dog. Scrambled eggs and champagne. mmmm

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.

The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
    • I’ve reported two instances of mobile phone theft to 999 in recent times. On both occasions several police units have arrived very quickly - in one case they found the perpetrator.
