Any ideas what's happening with the tarpaulin covered 'shop-fronts' nr Dulwich Library/The Plough?

?? But Somerfield have been bought by the Co-op???

Oh no, I don't want a Somerfield there, you can get pretty much everything they sell from the smaller shops that are nearby. I wonder how it will affect their businesses. Parking can be a problem around there anyway and Somerfield will only make it harder for me to park outside my house. Apparently I can't object though because my reasons don't appear to be valid. This from the licensing site:


Objections must relate to one or more of these four licensing objectives.


1. The prevention of crime and disorder

2. Public safety

3. The prevention of nuisance

4. The protection of children from harm

You won't get a Somerfield there. They have been taken over by the Co-op, who are in the process of selling off some Somerfield stores and changing the rest to Co-ops.
