I was in Trafalgar Sq around the same time - after a day out in London. 500 in the square would be an overestimate.

As for "can't afford to get arrested" - if you and others all truly believe what you posit, that Baroness Thatcher's death must be celebrated, then fear of arrest shouldn't be a concern surely?

Latest news: Big Ben to be silenced for Maggie's funeral.

I starting to think there is a special committee convened for this. The 'How Can We Really Annoy The Lefties Next' committee.

And they are doing a excellent job.

I have magical powers. People on the left would probably call me a witch. People on the right, a shrew.

The likes of Vicanna, a self-pitying loser; the likes of Loz, a professional victim.

It never ceases to amaze me how such a motley crew of self-important, narcissistic onanists manages to be so utterly judgmental and dismissive of others (although I suppose the clue's in the title). The one thing that Thatcher's death has taught me is that the milk of human kindness isn't reserved for left or right, and certainly for very few on here.

"self-important narcissistic onanist" how did you know my middles names?
