Hi, we have been looking for a reliable and efficient electrician for sometime now. We are not keen on hourly rates, Leon provides fair job prices. We just had some electrical work done for us by Leon. He arrived and just got it done quickly. Leon has a positive can do attitude which is a real pleasure to have around our house. This is the second time we have used Leon and we will be getting him back again.

Leon is a fantastic electrician. He's recently done a couple of jobs for us during a renovation. He's done them brilliantly. The standard of the work is exceptional - we've had some other electricians in who haven't done anywhere near as great a job. Also, he's brilliant at communicating about the job at hand in a clear and concise way. Would highly recommend!

Happy to recommend Leon. He supplied and fitted a new bathroom extractor for me. Very quick to quote, fair price, scheduled the work quickly, good communications regarding arrival time on the day, did the job efficiently, and was pleasant to deal with throughout.

I'd recommend Leon, of Electrical Initiative, too. Leon's done several pieces of electrical work for me over the past couple of years and he's always punctual, professional and tidy. A big relief to have found someone who's so reliable and responsive, so very happy to endorse everyone else's comments. Iain (College Road).

Just had an EICR and PAT testing done by Leon for my rental, arranged purely by SMS, so didn't have the pleasure of meeting him in person or speaking to him but both the current tenant and I are very happy. Found Leon through the forum and would just like to add to all the recommendations as was very happy with his work. Had a few minor electrical issues that he solved quickly and efficiently for me along with very good communication, turns up when he says he will and is polite, professional and friendly.

Another recommendation for Leon! I messaged two electricians recommended by EDF and Leon was the one with consistent and clear communication. 
 

He was super helpful to get my issues fixed, and gave me a lot of info for other things I had questions on.

Had a very efficient visit from Leon today.  Very pleasant, professional and came fully prepared. Good communication prior to the job, thus everything went smoothly. Would 100% use him again as well as highly recommended him to others. Thank you Leon.

This is my second recommendation for Leon of Electrical Initiative. He came today to fit two LED light fittings to my flat. No easy task as the wiring is about 30 years old, and the kitchen wiring was connected to the bathroom lights (for some reason). So the job was partially repairing my botched removal of the old strip-light fitting. "That's not so bad," said Leon, as he climbed his ladder and fitted a little connector and soon had the bathroom light back, then he fitted the new kitchen Lepre, and then the one in the living room. All in less than an hour. Thank you Leon!

Second time that Leon has come to the rescue .

He was here within 2 hours -- ok he was working locally but he didn't have to fit me in .Shows what he's like ,he'll try and get to you asap .And he carries a number of commonly used parts and doesn't have to go off and get them .

(You might think that this isn't deserving of comment ,but believe me it is ! )

Great guy ,100% recommend .

I found Leon on EDF and I could not be happier with the work he has completed for us. He changed a number of switches and fitted a ceiling light.  He was polite, tidy and arrived exactly on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician 07707 925039

Leon responded quickly to my online enquiry and to follow-up texts when arranging a date for the work. He replaced a faulty switch for my outdoor sensor light. I expected it would be difficult to find an electrician willing to take on such a small job. So I was really pleased to find Leon and would definitely recommend him.

Another recommendation for Electrical Initiative.

Leon is professional friendly efficient and an extremely reliable electrician. He sorted out my garden outside light last year and I didn't hesitate to use him to replace my noisy bathroom extractor fan which kept the bathroom cold in the winter. Leon recommended a lovely new fan which has shutters and is silent. My bathroom is warmer and I am very happy with my new extractor fan.

Leon from Electrical Initiative attended my property to replace two bathroom extractor fans and a light fitting last month. Communication was good before the visit and he arrived on time, then completed the job to a good standard. Would happily use his services again. Thanks.

Amazing work from Leon, doing our electrical survey and replacing our consumer board. Great communications, tidy work, reliable friendly and reasonably priced. A pleasure to have around and highly recommended.

      Thank you, this really made me chuckle. It's like you met my brother as he would be the one taking more than his share. Plus the 'pikey' chutney is a winner. Unusual as in can't be identified??? Sadly I'm not the host otherwise I would definitely do that I regularly shop in the Cheese Block and am a fan. But as people have pointed out, there is no cheese shop that charges less based on bulk, so Aldi unusual cheeses may be what the familam receive! Yay, so I can get discounted mouse nibbled cheese still! Oooo, now I do love a Stinking Bishop. It actually offends my stepmum by it's stinkiness but luckily she is not one of the attendees at this particular gathering.  This is blooming genius. It's actually my partner who has the biggest issue with buying in plastic so I will have to hide the wrappers from him!

      I like the look of SD's Sweet and Sour chicken. It's a really good dish when made freshly and well. I'll need to try it. Sad that Oriental Star and Lucky House by Dulwich Library both closed at a similarish time. They were decent, reliable, "British Chinese" takeaways.

      William S Spicer was a family-owned firm that initially made horse drawn delivery carts for breweries (especially Fullers Brewery in W London) and horse-drawn trams. With the advent of the internal combustion engine, they successfully made the transition to coachbuilding delivery vehicles London's leading department stores using German engines. WW2 interrupted their business for obvious reasons, and their postwar attempt to become the local assembler and distributor of Bulgarian "Izmama" trucks was not blessed with good fortune. In 1953, the company pivoted to being a full-service garage, leveraging their reputation for honesty and excellence.  In 1972, the Dulwich site was sold to its present owners. William S Spicer III (the grandson of the founder) retired to Lancashire, where he founded a sanctuary for the endangered ineptia beetle, which he had encountered in Bulgaria while travelling for business. In 1978, Spicer was awarded an OBE for conservation, and a newly-discovered  beetle was named after him by the Bulgarian People's National Academy of Sciences - Byturus Spicerius.
