Incidentally I know a chap who used to be the pyschologist at gosforth prison, apparently Lady in Red is the most requested song at the annual christmas party in the sex offenders wing.

I'm not sure what that means, but it has to mean something!!!

On the bright side, it's better than it being 'Sweet Child of Mine' or 'Two Little Boys'.

I spent a New year's Eve at the old Marquee seeing them pre their 'big' success. Fish was in his make up and it was rather a fabulous night. He was a great story teller. I never did drugs but I probably drank rather a lot of XXXX lager, which was rather popular in them days and that may have helped my appreciation. Saw the mates I had spent that evening with, two days later and we agreed - They were too close to their idols Genesis.

They have come out at at least twice to help in Ulverscroft Road, once to take a very ill  fox in my garden to the vet,  and once to safely remove a fox from a neighbour's house. Obviously they need to know the fox's current location!
    • There's a ?new Radio 4 short documentary programme, The Cat Killer Detectives, that might be of interest to some. It talks to the couple who ran SNARL, and provides something of their account of how the project began, developed and ended, and the effect it had on their lives then and subsequently.   https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002j5nr
