Can anyone get through to Melbourne Grove Medical Practice?

I have been trying on and off to call Melbourne Grove doctors since Monday. On Monday and today the line just rings and rings until it disconnects. Yesterday it had an engaged signal each time I tried and disconnected. Just trying to work out if I'm being unlucky with the times I'm calling (although I have tried all times of day!) or if they have a problem with their phone lines currently.

I've had the same problem. They really are utterly useless.

Last week they gave me an appointment but omitted to tell me they were closed temporarily and operating out of Camberwell. Haven't been able to get hold of them since.

I just called, got through straight away and later popped in with my details for a repeat prescription. Called 020 8299 0499. They are all there...
