Bespoke windows - quick reviews please

Hi,

we are considering going ahead with Bespoke and found Murray very helpful and professional and competitively priced.

So we just count on our fellow SE22 neighbours for a few one line reviews and please do PM me if you encountered any issues at all so we can highlight these before going ahead.

We used Bespoke windows and thought they were brilliant. Great service from Murray and a lovely finish on our windows. VERY HAPPY.

Similar to Hobbs, great service & were swift to respond when we noticed some of the filler had dripped/pooled on the exterior of the bay. The windows look amazing & we're still getting compliments 6mths later!

I love our bespoke windows - Murray did a fab job. I got another small window replaced by a cheaper company and it looks a lot cheaper.. I'd spend the money if you can afford it.

We are looking at secondary glazing & got a quote from scenic windows & bespoke both locally recommended - but the bespoke quote is double the scenic one for exactly the same job - we are going to go with scenic - but also wanted to add the question to this thread - does anyone think bespoke are that much better than scenic?

Have so far been happy with Bespoke Windows and Murray since I asked for a quote last month.

Two windows being fitted tomorrow so will report back when they are in place.....

V happy with Bespoke - they fitted French doors for us last year and they have been a triumph. Quick, clean, friendly.

I also got quotes from Bespoke and Scenic a couple of years ago and Paul from Scenic was considerably cheaper despite going for his more expensive option.

I'm sure Bespoke would do a brilliant job, but I've friends who have their windows but I'm pushed to see the difference. And I cannot fault the work Paul carried out.

My cheaper window was from scenic and there is a big difference in the look in my opinion.

Getting ours fitted on Tuesday - no complaints so far & quote for sash double glazed = very competitive

Good advice from Murray wrt front door and replacement sash windows. Competitive price. Fitting was efficient, the fitters protected the room from dust when fitting the bay and cleaned up well afterwards. Has made a big difference wrt noise and warmth.

What a pleasure to find a local provider that takes pride in what they do. Nothing is too much trouble, excellent service and attention to detail. No hesitation in recommending Bespoke, in fact, we have to a number of people.

We used Bespoke last year for 4 sliding double glazed windows, fitters were good first class service but they are more expensive I will use them again.

I had 2 windows fitted a couple of years ago by bespoke, excellent service, (fitters were fast and tidy), the windows look still like new! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Murray also lives locally so is aware of the different styles of housing. Also since local he would get recognised in the street if his firm was not upto scratch

Bespoke fitted 2 windows for us this week - brilliant. The guys were delightful, they so really efficient and tidy. Windows look fantastic, would definitely use again.

Happy to recommend Bespoke - we have had sash Victorian double glazed windows and a back door fitted. Quick, efficient, skilled work team

very hqppy - we had ours done about 9 years ago (and our neighbours a year later on our recommendation). Murry and his colleagues have been out a few times to fix this and that but nothing major and everything was dealt with efficiently and with a smile..

I need at least one and possibly two back windows replacing.

I had a very bad experience with Core Sash Windows. If you find someone good, I would be very interested to hear about them.

I had a replacement wooden sash made and fitted by these people http://www.thesashwindowman.com/about-us/testimonials/ and they also renovated two others and replaced a rotten cill. I was very impressed after having a poor experience with a local company.

Had previously used Bespoke for French doors and they were great too!
