I have had BT vision since it started, and I have been very pleased with it, it is very reliable.

When it started I did have a problem downloading films but now it is excellent and have never had problems since then.

I've had it for a few years and haven't had any problems with it. I like the functionality of the box and it was really easy to set up.

I have however just downgraded to the most basic package (Freeview + catch-up) because I wasn't using the on-demand content much (I can still watch on-demand content on a pay-as-you-go basis). I'd like to see a better selection of US box-set dramas before I consider upgrading again.

If you do subscribe to the whole telephone/broadband/TV package, set yourself a reminder to call them about a month before your contract runs out to make sure that you are still getting the best deal. Select the option for cancellations.
