Help! Where can I buy a fan?

Yes, b&q had some today although were selling fast.

tlc-direct had some when I ordered one earlier - usually next day delivery if in stock or collect from Penge.

Noticed that the Post Office at plough had some outside yesterday with price tags on if anyone wants somewhere really local.

Huge Curry's and PC World opened by the massive Sainsburys in Bell Green, SE26. They sell fans apparently, or did 2 days ago at least...

Sainsbury's at New Cross had the fans behind the customer service counter yesterday and were restricting them to one per customer!!

I managed to get one fan/air purifier from B&Q and another floor tilting fan from Debenhams (arrived today).

I use the purifier in our bedroom with windows open at night (so we don't breathe in too much Old Kent Road muck!)

I ordered from Debenhams yesterday but the fans aren't showing up anymore

My OH wasn't too bothered about getting them but I don't do so well in the heat.

Thanks so much for all of the tips. The chemist sold out before I could get there and I've not been able to get down to Penge.

I will keep an eye out for fans for those of you who are still looking
