My Mum used to to use proper Anchor butter, it was so solid it tore holes in the bread, or she would keep it out of the fridge and use it in its near liquid form.

I enjoyed spam as part of my Hawaiian fried breakfast last year in Hawaii!!

It was the most wonderful pile of egg, spam, potato and cheese with the mandatory stack of pancakes on the side.....I then rolled off to the beach....bliss!
