The problem is that the piste levels are getting higher and higher each year - low level resorts like Bankso are being heavily marketed to overseas buyers as some kind of Ski Yukon/ the New Aspen - it isnt & can never be - people have fallen fo th hype & bluster, thnking that if it only costs them say ?30K for a property, then it can only go up - which is patentley bogus.

It may seems cheap by London standards, but there is a reason for it.
