Poor tree down in Peckham Rye Park this morning near the little bridge between the Oval and the Japanese Garden.

Got to say that there was a right mess in the park early today but the council workers were out in force clearing it up and making it safe for all. Paths were being cleared very quickly. :)

I was there at 7am and again at 4pm - still so much to do but trees all still down. Massive job for them to do...Nunhead cemetery was understandably closed so would imagine workforce are stretched getting thing sorted
