Carolina313
At the beginning of this year, I was introduced to Darren and have been working with him once a week since. I am currently in the best shape of my life and have a completely different approach to exercise. I enjoy it training and always look forward to the next session. My workouts vary each week so I don?t experience that repetitive feeling when attending the same class each week which prevents boredom. Darren is gifted with a special talent that seems to set you in the ?correct mind set? to achieve your best regardless of what ever sort of day you may have had or be having. His upmost professional attitude is second to none and although I have yet to mention at our next training session, that I have recently learnt through a neighbour he spent 4 years in secondary school Science teaching before making a return back to his first passion Health and Fitness (imagine this my trainer is a Teacher of Sciences). This however came as no surprise ? he has it a vast knowledge about all aspects of nutrition and exercise sciences. I truly believe that as a result of this I?m fitter and stronger than ever before; more insightful about eating right ways; and more importantly, I now carry a positive attitude about how I look and feel. I recommend Darren and his fantastic work to you all. lrm123
I second what Carolina313 said. I also started working with Darren at the beginning of 2013 - I was very out of shape, hadn't stepped foot in a gym in 20 plus years, and was quite anxious at the prospect. but all my concerns soon went, the work started to pay off very quickly and I still really enjoy every session. Simply put, Darren is brilliant - if you are looking for a trainer, Darren is the man. lynzmo
I started training sessions with Darren at the beginning of September 2013. I can't tell you how brilliant he's been! I've lost weight, toned up and surprised myself at my new found fitness. He's a lovely guy and a fantastic trainer. I'd highly recommend him. kpjigsaw
I've been working with Darren too since January and definitely recommend him. It's been a very effective way for me to get into shape in the time I have available (which is not a lot), he has a very friendly warm personality and the sessions are nice and varied so you don't get bored. I've also been taking his classes which has been a great way to consolidate the work done in the personal training sessionsBig recommendation for Darren if you are looking for someone to guide you into getting into shape!! Carolina313
I arrange to use Peckham Rye Park as I prefer outdoors but on the odd occassion to mix it up we use the studio. Here try this http://www.darrengrayfitness.com/personal-training/the-studio/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/38382-the-gift-of-health-this-christmas/#findComment-696785 Share on other sites
FitnessModel
Hi just a note to say that the personal training service is a versatile one and that in addition to the studio and park spaces I am fully equipped to hold sessions at clients homes and/or place of work to help you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Darren Gray
'FitnessModel' why within my thread? I'm hoping that was unintentional or perhaps an attempt to steer my advert. With the most optimistic of hopes maybe there's a good explanation - whichever... please (lets maintain professionalism) !?Thank you Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/38382-the-gift-of-health-this-christmas/#findComment-699779 Share on other sites
