Might need to go down a size? My 5 year old is so skinny, everything falls down. Usually have to go with age 3 - thankfully she's small all over!

We usually find Next ones are okay or M&S. M&S I find keep their shape better and have the size printed on the waistband - a real help when you have more than one kid wearing tights!

I like Gap tights currently, nice thickness and long enough in the leg for my tall daughter (harder than you might think to achieve...) I have tried:

H&M - I like these but some have seams across the top of the toes which has been deemed unacceptable.

M&s - too short in the leg now but otherwise fine

Sainsburys - shrink but ok if you buy an enormous size to allow for this

Gap - latest try, ok so far...

Good luck!

    • Hi there,  I wanted to give a big shout out to Kushy Move. An idependent letting agent on Bellendon Road. My family have used Kushy's services for more than 20years. He knows the market in this area very well. He has always found us incredible tenants promptly, and has got a fair price. He looks after our tenants and our properties well. He has always given very good advice when assessing our properites.  With so many letting and sales agents in the area (and I have dealt with a lot!), I have always found Kushy to be straight forward and no nonsense.  Highly recommended!
    • From tomorrow, 21st May at midday, Lord Biggar CBE, Regius Professor Emeritus of Moral & Pastoral Theology at Oxford University, talks with Chris Haydon and a small invited audience on PECKHAM PODCAST. This is the Professor who set out to draw up a balanced view of Empire and history but walked into a storm. "OMG, this is serious shit", said one Cambridge academic on hearing of Biggar's plan. Meet the man himself, unless of course you think this Regius Professor Emeritus should be cancelled still.
