Yes, another rec for Neighbourhood Vet. Really impressed with them so far. H

I've got my two with Lordship Lane vets. Have always managed to get them an early/ late/ weekend appointment at short notice if they've needed it, unlike the one time I tried the Neighbourhood Vets (which is a lot closer) who couldn't offer me anything until the early afternoon - fine if you don't work, not great if you do.

Another recommendation for the Neighbourhood Vet.

They've always been great with my 2 cats and have been able to slot me in at the last minute for urgent concerns.

On Wednesday I booked an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) for a routine non-urgent appointment.

I use the Neighbourhood Vets too. The vets do a great job but they are -like most vets- expensive.

Non-prescription medicines or vet food from them are horribly priced (ex: Advocate for 6 months is around ?39, I found it online at ?23. I can understand a ?5 difference or so but ?16 is daylight robbery!). Prescription medicines are expensive but as they charge ?15 for a prescription (or did at the beginning of the year), it might work out cheaper to buy medicines from them. They always offer itemised bills.

The reception area is lovely, bright and airy with separate areas for cats/dogs if needed as well as tea & coffee facilites. Reception staff is always helpful (phone or in person) and friendly, nurses are great. The place is immaculate. There is a bus stop not too far, car park for three cars (just for the clinic).

I have never tried LL vets or any other vet in the area so it's hard for me to compare.

Hope that helps nonetheless!

    • Does being widely reported somehow make it not clickbait? You think all our past and prospective Prime Ministers have no faults? Dream on. And please respond to the rest of my post. Just to save you looking back: What are your definitions of "no one" and "everyone"? What exactly is it about what you describe as their "totally leftfield policies" that you disagree with, and why?
    • It's not clickbait, it's widely reported. The leader of their party agreed to try and hypnotise a woman to make her breasts bigger. He freely admits it himself. You can't have a character like that as Prime Minister.
