Wandsworth by 7.45 tomorrow drive or bus/ train?

ive got to be in wandsworth near the common by 7.45 what's the best way please

or whats the traffic like on the south circular about 7 - 7.30 am?

I would take the ginger line to Clapham Junction, then go one stop to Wandsworth Common train station. All going well it won't take more than 30mins. I don't drive so I have no idea about the roads that time of day.

TFL seems to reckon get the P13 or train from ED to Streatham and then the train to Wandsworth Common from there.

Would be interested to know how it went purplehaze .

TFL can be a little odd sometimes ,would prefer train to P13 anytime . But happy to hear differently ,expect time of day is all .

Messed up because I ignored all advice and drove a205 rubbish backtracked through herne hill and Brixton so took 75 mins better decisions tomorrow

Stick to the south circular.. It only takes me 35 - 40 minutes to get there in traffic.

However, If you are in a position to take the train or bus do it. Far less STRESSFULL!!

at what time? when I went it was jammed.

Our route to Wandsworth (when headed for A3 to parents) is Camberwell, Oval, Vauxhall, head for Battersea, past power station, keep going, head for Wandsworth roundabout. Common just up from there. Traffic can of course vary and never done it at that time. Takes 30 mins ish? Prefer this to South Circular, Clapham and C Junct routes.

Depending where you live, but if you can easily get to forest hill there is a direct train that gets you to Wandsworth common for 7.30.
