Question re congestion

Is there a corridor in the congestion charging zone? Got to drive to Manchester next week and will be heading up via Victoria - Park Lane - Edgware Road - M1.

Will I have to pay the fee? I think I heard I do not!

Yes - if you stay on Vauxhall Bridge Rd, Grosvenor Place (round the back of Buck Palace), Park Lane and Edgware Road then it's free.
