I have a strange problem. I have plain clothes officers seemingly investigating the home I live in. They are peering in the windows with mirrors and no matter how much I've tried to communicate with them and Peckham Station no one will acknowlege that they are there. I have tried confrunting them, I've tried going to the neighbours homes they have stationed themselve in but with no joy.

Can anyone out there know what I should do next?

And no I haven't done anything wrong.

It's very annoying as you know they are there but keep running away when you try to catch them peering in.

get their pix if you can.You should be able to ID their wheels as well - dont assume it a private car ither - it couls eba commercial vehicle or a black cab.

Udnet the siege mentality we in the UK are now living, Im sure your snaps would be classed as contrary to the security of the state and they would react in double quick time, despite your earlier attempts to contact them.

kick up a fuss as publicly as possible.

Ask your local postie about anything odd going on and check how your mail is sealed when it arrives- they usually hassle the postie as a matter of course

PS - hide the bomb making equipment and explosives paraphenalia first. I will send you a replacement copy of the anarachist cookbook when the ehat is off.

PPS - of theyre checking out your crib, then they would not be doing their job if they were not checking out your 'net acess as well - so they could well be reading this.

On Howden Road just near the Gowlett Pub if you7 know that way. You can't miss them they'll be the ones with the mirrorsand hiding on the roof tops. Oh and the neightbours out looking to give them any action they haven't seen. You'll notice the house from the moving curtains.
If they are investigating a crime all they have to do is acknowlege it, I know their there and they know I know. It's funny aas they are reading this out as I type. I wonder if it's not a training mission and they're on overtime and just won't go even though they've been had. It just doesn't make sense.

    • I have signed that petition.  Someone was letting off loud fireworks at about 3 am this morning. They woke me up.   I don’t know where they were exactly but it sounded like they were in the vicinity of Dog Kennel Hill.
    • https://www.assistancedogs.org.uk/information-hub/assistance-dogs-emotional-support-dogs-and-therapy-dogs/   hello   i’d be interested to understand if anyone.has experience of Assistance Dogs especially for autistic children of different ages for emotional support and therapy   There was a prior thread on this topic on EDF 10 hrs ago but it had limited experiences and there was a (claimed) change in UK legislation in 2019. Whilst the industry appears unregulated/unlicensed, there are several providers (approx 15, perhaps more) who claim to have fully trained dogs or say that they can help families to train a puppy/young dog over the 18-24 months.  The latter obviously comes with a need for strong commitment to the challenge. Costs for a fully trained assistance dog are quoted at £13-15k albeit they claim £23k total cost to train the dog. On the one hand, this could potentially be a useful solution for some families if such a dog was truly trained as their websites claim and such a dog was accepted in public places and schools etc… On the other hand, I don’t think that I’ve ever seen an assistance dog of this type or in this context (only for a blind or partially sighted person) and hence a real risk of fraud or exploitation! The SEN challenge for families coupled with limited resources in schools or from local authorities or the NHS as well as the extremely challenging experience of many families with schools offering little or no support or making the situation worse leaves a big risk of lots of different types of fraud and or exploitation in this area.
    • Hi there  We live on Woodwarde Road backing on to Alleyns Top Field.  Our cat Gigi has gone missing — it’s been about 24 hours now. She is a cream Bengal. Could you please check sheds, garages, or anywhere she might have got stuck please? And if you could keep an eye out or share on any local groups/forums, we’d really appreciate it. Photo attached.   Thanks so much! My name is Jeff on 07956 910068.
