Well this thread made me smile as I couldn't find the other one...

Apart from that, this http://icanhascheezburger.com/

And I will, publicly, share the guilty pleasure which is Hole In The Wall. Not big not clever, but still makes me laugh.

Sorry.

So MP and Ruffers, those are what made you laugh? They caused an involuntary spasm of mirth, did they?

No they didn't. You know they didn't. They couldn't possibly have.

Neither of the above is capable of triggering laughter, because they were never intended to.

MP, that thing with the circle and Gideon Bible? To LAUGH? What? The same sort of thing presented to me in a pub, I'd be lookng over the shoulder of the so-called LAUGHTER merchant, wondering where the funniness might be.

To present the dry scraps above as capable of inspiring laughter, is to attempt to wring more out of them than they ever possessed.

So, what makes me laugh? Wouldn't you like to know.

You didn't "bad mouth" the whistler.

You said you wished he would go under a bus.

That's why Keef called you a total tool.

Don't know why you thought it was funny.

Keef calling me total tool was as if he had completely washed his hands of me, and thought I was not worth any further effort on his part.

It made me laugh that I had totally and completely disgusted him.

He could not begin to explain, the chasm between us just too great, I was just sooooo out of order.

Of course it might be wrong Moos, but if that's the case I don't want to be right.

    • Hi- we just had Paul round to wire in an outdoor external light, and he was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I texted him yesterday and he found a space for me this morning. His number is 07802 627967.

Generous with his knowledge, thoughtful, full of patience and easily contactable.  Continue to recommend him to any local friends in need of some help, questions with their plumbing. Thanks Niko !!
