AnyonE requiring an electrician?

Damien

Recommended Posts

Hi my name is Damien,

I am a fully qualified electrician with NVQ and City and Guilds level 3 qualifications. I completed a four year electrical apprenticeship on site before starting to work as a building maintenance engineer for a prestigious hotel on park lane.

I am now undertaking my own work on the side and looking to expand myself.

My motto is there is no job too small....So even if its to change a fuse in a plug i am more than happy to help.

I have mostly done domestic and commercial work through-out my career but can do industrial work as well if required.

If you have and queries or work needing carrying out please don't hesitate to call and give me the opportunity.

Free quotations are given if needed and you wont meet a friendlier or more honest person.

References for my personal jobs can also be given and my CV is attached so you can see my qualifications and previous/current employment.

Thanks for reading,

Hope to hear from some one soon..

We have recently used Damien for a number of small jobs in our home. We found him to be really lovely, prompt and totally professional. He was very 'can do' in his whole attitude and we'd definitely use him again.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to recommend Damien who has just been round this evening to sort out my fuse box.

He was friendly, pleasant and funny and calmed me down straight away. I really panic where electrics are concerned.

He number is as the first post 07872612603 (typo in post just above).

I plan to use him regularly now.

I have used Damien before whilst refurbing my house last year, he is very reliable and efficient and extremely competitive when it comes to pricing. He was a joy to work with and really explained what he was doing throughout so I knew what I was paying for unlike most!

Would definitely use him again :)

    • Myself and my family has the last couple of years had some problems with the downstairs neighbour. He seems to have some serious mental health issues and believes we are targeting him by stamping the floor, slamming doors, moving boxes in the middle of the night etc. etc. The list is endless what he is complaining to the council about. The majority of his claims are simply just made up or caused by really thin walls and floors between our flat and the downstairs flat he lives in. (We are a really quiet family but have kids). We feel harassed and threatened by him but the Resident Services Officer is not helpful at all. The fact that he once threatened physical violence towards us (which was reported to the police) hasn't made any difference.  Any suggestions what we can do to solve the situation? Any ideas who we should talk to at the Council to get somewhere?  I should maybe add that we own our flat (Southwark Council is the freeholder) and he is a council tenant.
