Unfortunately it goes back to investment and priorities. Again as we know water and power should not be for profit. The guys on the ground are doing their best. But the desire to pay huge dividends to stake holders/CEOs often drives the internal economy in private companies. It's a fast buck at our expense. Water bills have gone up by about 40%in one year. It is crazy.

Personally, I would withhold money / unacceptable all round. Everywhere you look in London, something dug up byTW - well not literally everywhere but you know what I mean
