Northridge Capital now own the site.

It appears that St Aidan's have now 'moved' to the Isle of Man. They started in the City, moved to the Channel Islands (Jersey, IIRC), now there's a new one registered to IoM https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/5jbca9eICEp5sgD4Azz4n-np5sg/appointments.

Each time the previous company is dissolved.

Northridge Capital have put in a proposal (17/AP/2178) to further increase the size of the new block at 18-22 Grove Vale (the former garden centre.) This involves extending the penthouse on the fourth level ("third floor") forwards on three sides by around a metre. Although apparently minor, I think it will further increase the dominance of the block as a four storey building with oversight over local roads and residences.

St Aidans Holdings Ltd is registered with a London address. The page you're linking to shows the details of a current director, including his own last noted correspondence address in the records for each of the English & Welsh companies of which he is or has been an officer.

    • the real question is what to do about it - who to hold accountable and who is actually willing to engage, or will it escalate to residents taking legal action, as with Brockwell Park last year? it could be worth connecting with their group, although I think they are Lambeth, joint forces may be more powerful.
    • I'm sorry to hear this - there is too much of this around. Your son did the right thing to let go of his possessions - I hope he's not too shaken up and certainly not taking it personally, or thinking he should have done something vigilante style like fighting back. We live very close by and are usually out in the evenings with the dogs - hardly ever see anyone so will take extra care from now on.
    • Really sorry to hear this. I hope he's OK and not too shaken.
    • My goodness, that is a shocking lack of care shown by the Council and individual Councillors. I had thought Cllr Hamvas would fight to preserve and protect Peckham Rye and the park environment. How can we now possibly trust this Council to do this? Cllr Rose, who was the Cabinet Member in charge of all this has a lot to answer for.
