Where to stay near ED w/e 25th

I'm sure there have been threads on finding accommodation in the area before, but I just can't find one. Same as finding somewhere for possibly two people to stay. I can't find anything.

Any suggestions welcome and needed!

I've thought of the 1st suggestion and had already contacted the 3rd one. However I find a place on airbnb which may be perfect. However I don't understand how it works if you are booking a whole apartment for example and yet the host says he may be around. No offence to the host, but why?

The lilac door in w dukwich is really nice. I'd got there over someone else's gaff unless you are on a really tight budget.
