Thanks for all the suggestions. However I didn?t ask probably the more important question. Is there an etiquette involved in how long you might use a table for? I seemed to remember a long time ago anyone could come along and put their 50p down or whatever it was and challenge the winner of the game on the table.

This would defeat the purpose for which I might need a table. That is, to have a round robin event between 3 or 4 of us.

Canavans on Rye Lane might suit. It has a bar and you can book tables I seem to recall

Always thought it was winner stays on. I get bored after one game anyhow so never affected me.

If I wanted a table to masel for a couple hours I'd book it at Canavans though, just not to get embroiled in any internal pub politics, that have the potential to escalate into, " That's the rules round these parts, and aye, 2 shots DO carry"..,

If you have any caps, bucket hats, or aussie type sun hats that you no longer use or would like to pass on., any condition...I know some very appreciative peeps who would be very grateful. If you need info then please DM me. Thanks for reading.
