You can get a couple of free one-to-one training sessions from Southwark and the instructors will be able to answer lots of questions for you. Details on Southwark website. One of mine included a run up to the South Bank to show me some quieter routes and build my confidence.

Southwark Cyclists "Healthy Rides" & Lambeth Cyclists "Architecture Rides" are good for those who fancy an interesting route at a relaxed pace. Dulwich Paragon have a non-members taster ride the first Saturday of every month, it's 35 fairly hilly miles, no rider left behind but it's a good work out. Brixton Cycles also seem to organise some rides in the area, don't know the details but I'm always seeing people riding in their kit.

    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
