Does anyone have a good recipe for a lovely moist carrot cake or banana loaf? Have a new Kenwood mixer so it's time for some baking to happen!

  I don't know what you need them for, but I use glass jars eg jam jars. St Dalfour jam jars are a particularly nice shape (in my opinion!)
