Man walking Akita dog down Grove Vale

Has anyone else seen this man with the huge dog leaving piles of poo in their wake? Apparently dog poo is soon to be DNA'd so culprits won't be able to get away with it.

I heard today that the community police has spotted them doing this and have fined him.

i know the bloke you're on about, not personally, but see him often walking up to the designated dog park in st.francis' park. it's a beautiful dog, didn't know it shat everywhere though.

Feel sorry for the dog. It's too big to only be exercised in that tiny park. An Akita needs a careful owner, and they often aren't good with other dogs.

IF the owner doesn't pick up his dog's poo from the pavement, then he undoubtedly doesn't pick it up when they are in the park.

Yes. Dogs shit - end of! If we keep dogs, it's up to us to clear it away. I think there's been a spate of "cool dog" ownership. In particular Akitas and other wolf-Like doggies. Is there a programme on TV?

Will it encourage him to pick it up in future though? If this man couldn't be bothered to see the impact his selfishness has on the community before, I sadly doubt a fine will change his ways.
