I would recommend Anne Fison [email protected] she does PT and pilates and is really friendly and experienced

Also Zoe Webster is excellent and very patient [email protected]

I think they both charge ?45 an hour with a discount if you book more

I am a professional personal trainer based in East Dulwich and have lots of experience working in well known gyms around London. I offer friendly, effective training sessions and am also a professional dancer therefore, I have extensive knowledge in stretch, core and rehab work which has proven to benefit my previous clients whether a fitness novice or a professional athlete. I plan to work in a studio in the area whilst the weather is so cold with the option for outdoor sessions on request. Hi,

You should try Obi and/or Rachel at Bamn Fit, at the football club.

They have a meal system to go with it as well which is the main reason most training regimes fail.

My husband is now super fit, with great posture and I'm off the hook with the cooking!

I would recommend Chay at Bodytweak.co.uk

He is really good. I thought I needed to be in a gym to achieve anything but he showed me that working outside is so much more beneficial. Also, as he doesn't have gym overheads, he is so much more affordable.

Too many trainers are so overpriced. Just my opinion :-).

Hi,

I can recommend Simone from Mind over matter - her PT sessions are excellent and you get a brilliant work out. You can also do shared PT sessions if you want to keep the cost down. I've been training with Simone since September and highly recommend her. If you see in the 'what's on' section you will see lots of recommendations for her. Her name on here is missse22.
