Barking Dog - Hillcourt Road

I've pretty much lost all patience with the dog that wilfully barks around this time EVERY NIGHT from the garden of one of the odd-numbered houses on Hillcourt Road. Does anyone know whose it is or which garden it resides in? Even better, if it's yours and you read this please show a little consideration to your neighbours. Very close to looking into my options RE speaking to the council about noise pollution.
