I really like this pub. Such a lovely, genuine pub interior and friendly staff. I hope it's making money as I wouldn't want it to go yet it's so quiet.

Where is the rose pub? Maybe a bit more publicity about good food( as long as not too expensive will pull in other new customers and will keep going.

Formerly the Forest Hill Tavern. I mostly go in the summer. There's nice a back garden to sit out in. I like the pub and would go more often but it always seems to be empty when I walk past it so normally give it a miss. I would hate to see another old boozer close so hope it keeps going and that can only happen if more people go there. I'll try and pop in for a pint again soon.

Went to a friends party held in the conservatory at the back last summer, really nice venue, and nice canap?s served by the staff there.

Had really good roast beef today. Vegetables beautifully cooked as well. Very reasonably priced and friendly, personal service.
