A 'Happening' in Greenwich?

Went past on my bike this morning and there was a large section cordoned off. Lots of Police vans and many personnel...any ideas. Looked very serious indeed.

Just heard about The Greenford, London murder last week where a peaceful, friendly Guy had his throat cut, then the 2 Barry Road Murders, then this.

Murder, its just something that happens pretty much every day in pretty much every country.

Man can kill, ergo, man will kill.

Bon3ard -- how strange, I was going to post the very same thing -- what time did you cycle through Greenwich? We were there around 11.30-12pm, and sloped off to the Trafalgar Tavern for a lovely drink by the river....was disconcerting to see all the police tents up in Greenwich though :( RIP

Pretty much the same time(11:30am)and just because its a constant theme in London these days it doesnt make it any less thought provoking or distressing. Especially when your not expecting to be confronted with it on a lovely sunny spring day...I really must work on my cynicism and lack of compassion. :-S
