As DM notes, cheap meats are made wonderfully edible and good use is made of cheap root veg.It even turns the Dulwich Park pigeons that DM catches can be turned into a tasty stew. Tip into the old & now removed kitchen sink (plug in though) and serve on the fold out picnic table & deck chairs.....yummyTomorrow's "kettle recipe" Lobster thermadore.....
