Ok, I will try Firezza the next time I get a pizza, see what all the fuss is about.

Firezza are pretty good, but if you have any preferences, e.g. I like my pizzas a little bit charred and crusty, you have to be very prescriptive otherwise it is likely to be overlooked.

Usually very nice pizzas though.
