slh2009
My friend and I share a trainer from Body Shot, she lives in EDhttp://www.bodyshot-pt.co.uk/I've only had a few sessions so far but having hated any form of exercise for most of mylife I've been surprised at how much I'm enjoying it! Dulwich Born And Bred
I don't have a personal trainer but I do excellent boxing /cardio sessions with Simone of http://www.mindovermatterboxing.co.uk and I know she does personal training sessions as well as classes.I have tried many instructors over the years and I never stayed or kept it up as boredom sets in . Simone is the only one who makes the sessions so much fun that I actually look forward to each week which in turn would obviously translate into her personal training too, her clients still are using her a year or so on since I have been attending her classes which is testament to the fact that they must enjoy their PT! uzma
I would second the recommendation for Mind over Matter boxing. I did personal training sessions with Simone in my house ( I had a huge spare room!) and it was great! she made me work out much harder and was always pushing me to achieve my best. best of all , she bought her adorable son along so my daughter and him could play while we worked out!
