*Adopts textbook neutral body language for dealing with confrontation*

Mr MacGabhann, I never intended to imply that you lack any necessary tools for any sort of managerial re-stucturing strategy. My deepest regrets and I hope that this will not sully future co-operatives in the EDF team building arena. Perhaps you would consider leading the rounders team at the next be-all-end-all Funday-in-the-Park team-building day, or possibly choosing the venue for the cracker-hats-in-the-first-week-of-December luncheon?

That was much better BN5.

You should however have included at least one jibe concerning how small his manhood may or not be, purely to establish your dominante position in the managerial heirarchy. To many chiefs not enough Indians mantra...you know what I mean BN5.

It gets worse SM, reading between the lines BN5 appears to be calling you a big soft josephine and implying that Microdisney were a shower of paddy chancers who couldn't carry a tune in a bucket and had singer whose voice resembled the noises a goat's bottom makes.

I wouldn't stand for it. Lamp him one.

    • Have to admit, I did have to check myself - I've been to many festivals and it seems a bit contradictory to challenge one, but our local park is not the place for a festival of this size. It just needs to either scale down to the environment (smaller footprint, less damage) or find a better location. There is a VAST difference between festivals out in the countryside and the same in an urban park.

    • Thanks. I dropped off the books that I thought would be most helpful for them already this week.  Thanks for the advice. I have advertised the ones that may be of use for studies on this forum then dropped off some at Oxfam in Herne Hill and others at the Bell End House book exchange. Still a few more to drop which I will likely give to Mind on LL who I like.
    • I wouldn't undervalue your expertise Bob.  When I occasionally have professionals around they always thank me for advice and don't mind the work taking twice the time.  One offered to treat me with an old fashioned sixpence to go to the flicks and go away.  Although even the Plex isn't that cheap.
