10am onwards I thinkwe said... willbring picnic blankets and some lunch and hang around as long as my tribe will let me! Though with two babies intent on going in opposite directions and a 6 yo who thinks it's fun to hang upside down in trees.. that might not eb very long!

Hello all


Have a great time today. Are Wednesdays a definate day going forward as we would love to join you but Wednesdays are impossible for me as are back at work on that day (groan)!


Maybe a monday or tuesday sometime so I can retain some sanity during the holidays!

Yes, though it's expensive. There is some reduction for tinies, but only if they are with an older sibling I fear.


My two are 16m, love the carousel. If anything, they run around a bit too much!

      No sweetheart. It is a fantastic sermon which should be shared. It is a rights-based sermon which received a standing ovation - if you can be bothered to get to the end.

      Welcome back. What have voting intentions got to do with this thread? And much as you may hate the present incarnation of so-called Labour, as do I,  I don't think it is true that they have "not done a single positive thing for working class people", is it? And how exactly are you defining "working class people", anyway?

      I can’t bear the media “is this racist comment racist” angle taken to reporting it. I feel like she’s a useful out rider for Farage to test how far they can take their rhetoric - it’s not the first time she’s said things that cross over the line. Overt racism is becoming far more commonplace and it’s deeply concerning.

      Dear families,  I am exploring the idea of starting a casual, low cost Mandarin club for children in the area.This would be a fun,play-based introduction to the language and culture for young learners. Before I organize anything,  I wanted to see if there is any interest! If you might be interested, could you please reply to this post or PM with  1. Your child’s age.  2.What kind of format you’d prefer( A. weekly playgroup, B after-school club,  C. weekend session) Even a simple”interested!”  helps. This is just a preliminary survey.  No commitment.
