I'd never use them again. I wrote on a different thread a while back my reasons why. Also check you don't incurr any fees from whoever your cancelling. I've just got virgin broadband, phone (plus evening and weekend free calls) and a basic tv package for ?29 per month with a free installation deal. Broadband is fibre optic so is reliable and fast. That said we had the most shocking customer service which i won't go into full details because it's boring to everyone else and just makes me furious but the services work well (now that they have eventually been installed and a bonus that this time round the installation man didn't turn up over 12 hours late verbally abuse us and not install everything because he couldn't be bothered).
