all_star
Jeremy - Jerk Rock has already been snapped up it would seem. What about approaching a traditional cafe - there seem to be too many of these in ED for the needs of the community - I bet one of these institutions will run by a sole proprieter who would be up for retiring if someone offered a way out? The Cafe near the Castle on Crystal Palace Road being a prime example - I have never seen more than one table occupied in there ever! karter
Depending on the takings and rent and time of lease remaining a cafe' in ed would be very expensive to buy, at least 100k I would say, minimum.! The calculation doesn't work on the back of my envelope. karter is a local businessperson? Jeremy
More importantly - I really think it would need to be on, or close to, the main "drag". The scruffy end of Crystal Palace Road is not ideal, unless you're expecting passing trade from builders and plumbers.
