Yes it was another of those fabulous evenings...I had such fun and so many laughs with the other 3 musketeers (daizie, KK, and Mon). Brum and Karter, it is always a joy having you around. HAL9000 it was so so good to see you again after all these months...please don't leave it so long next time...and apologies to everyone if I neglected you owing to "catching up" with the Computer. Your guest was an absolute delight too. I do hope he had a pleasant evening and that he comes again. Lovely (actually that word is inadequate, but pea brain struggling at present) to see some of the familiar faces such as ????, Georgia, Raj, Sean, Sue and great to meet some new people such as alleycat and floatingonion, zaraband, geo and all those lurkers...nice to meet you all too. Angela always looks after the forum drinks at the Black Cherry, fair play to her (with apologies to her for the behaviour after I left. Honestly I turn by back for two seconds...)


I met many first time attendees who were happy to give their real name but not their posting name for some reason - I hope they had a good time anyway


Good to see quids abandon the shirt for a far more classy jacket. And AnotherPaul made up for his non-attendance at the last 24 drinks by cramming as much info into each second as possible - twas a joy to be witness to it

Do you mean me?? I suppose I did eat quite a few.... however in my defence the bowl was placed on the table right in front of me!! How could a food dustbin such as myself resist??!

      Two wrongs might not make a right. But the two wrongs could at least be of equal value before we get too judgey    paying an estate agent to deal with all of the admin on my to have the estate agent not point out all of the admin  vs Deliberately hacking into an MPs email. And boasting about it (Badenoch)    as for throwing a local estate agent under the bus, when did local estate agents become the good guys?

      Harvey and Wheeler in Dulwich Village? Only one I know… How can they offer to apply and never did? Surely; whether they are managing the property or not and with tech been so advanced I would have thought they would have been a couple of e mails sent as a reminder or, is it the Landlord’s responsibility to apply… Rental Law/ Bill has just come  into force  - can’t remember if it was this week or last and have been to busy to read.. However, will as assume it is not individual councils but all councils. Came up on Which on line.. Good point Jen Jen Jen - sure some knowledgable person on here can throw more light than I.
