May I suggest that moves are explained (for a few rounds at least)? It might encourage new players if they could see the rationales involved. For clarity, online games are, by default, played using the basic Metropolitan System with Trellis modifications (abridged). This includes Boyle's Law/Susan's Convention and the obvious others. Additional rulesets (like the flippant yet fun Lordship Lane Protocol) can only be incorporated by spending a purple token - take note Ms B! Thank you. So - staying outside the Circle Line and in the spirit of my previous move to Mudchute, ARSENAL.

If it really was closed then the game couldn't end (except via the Dollis Hill Loop) but it's a blatant lie! Anyway, candj's move forces a DLR shift. MUDCHUTE. With the weekend coming up, beware of engineering works!

Oooh the Nevsky Prospekt. I've always wanted to play that but have only read the theory. I think CHANCERY LANE should be legal?
-
Boyle's Law is more commonly known as Susan's Convention - perhaps you know it by that candj? Green Park was valid if unimaginative. It's after midday, so COCKFOSTERS.

It's been a while since there's been a game played on here. Any takers? With the start of the new tax year BANK seems like a logical start.

MUMS: Don't go to Iceland for your shopping. Your local high street is much nearer and you won't have to worry about customs.
-
COMMUTERS: Convince passing traffic you were on 'Come Dine With Me' by riding a black cab home and holding up laminated numbers.

I don't think the designers of the Catholic light switch thought this product through....

I've been diagnosed with CDO. It's like OCD but it has to be in alphabetical order.

JOCKEYS: riding a unicorn will often give you the advantage when it comes to photo-finishes.

Mine is dead too and has been since yesterday. There's nothing reported on the BT outage page here: http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/service_status It's a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at BT but I managed to get someone to call me by going via the Live Chat option here (I'm at work!) http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact/c/761,874,875 They were getting "inconclusive results" when they tested the line and promised to call me back later. Let's see! Mine's an 8299 number - has anyone had problems with a different one?

I bought a litre of Tippex this morning. Huge mistake!

http://www.groupaccommodation.com/ The Dower House on that site is great, though not available when you need it, but you might find somewhere else suitable....

That holiday feedback thing is priceless!

Yes there was! I picked it up myself and studied the label!

Edited for slightly unnecessary arsey comment. Too much Scrabble! -
Their South American asparagus put me off a bit. Don't get me wrong (I'm not going to give up avocados or bananas just because they don't grow here), it's just that it was in season here.

Is he still working on the movie version of Shantaram? -
I don't think you'd really want to go there!

I'd be up for (and would contribute a small amount towards) this. Though I tend to agree with the anarchic approach of doing it anyway and seeing what on earth the council and the police would do about it. Am in the mood for a bit of "f*ck them". They might even be able to claim it on their expenses!
