Personally I don't see the big deal... It's only nappies, and there are a lou of babies around ED. Good on them.

Ah, I remember coming in to the living room of my old student house to find one of those big ornamental plant pots in the middle of the room surrounded by soil... Pure gold! This street sign nonsense is just unintentive!

As an aside, there's a square grave in the village grave yard, where an old woman was burried. She died sat on a step, and was so hunched up, that rather than straighten her out for the coffin, the burried her in a square box. Can't remember the details of that story very well, but specifically remember my primary school teacher telling it...... He could have been taking the p!ss...... Any local historians shed some light?

Ha, I remember some years back they were going to change some borders, which would have meant that that part of LL would be Peckham... Mr Tanna led a big campaign against it! Just think, the EDT, the Black Cherry and The Bishop all could have been Peckham boozers! -

They say a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it... Well when will people start to think maybe they're paying a bit too much?!?!? My sister bought a house (2 bedroom, quite small but nice) a couple of years back for a pretty good price, and an identical house a couple of doors down is being advertised on LL for ?390k!!!!!! That to me just seems insane! -
I for one am pleased they're making an effort for us smokers, and helping me to keep up my unhealthy lifestyle ;-)
