Hello all... just wanted to say it was my 1st outing to the EDF drinks on Friday night - and I was tad nervous about meeting you - however my fears were unfounded as I thought you were all lovely! Thanks for making me feel welcome - I had a really great evening :)) Have marked the 21 Septemeber in my diary - and look forward to seeing you there again - if not before! Hi there.... I've not posted too often... but I have been roped into playing Scrabble with Mogs and Co - and love the Magdale Quiz night - so I'd love to come and meet a few more people.... alas there is no Mr AllyCat (so far!) so I'd be turnning up on me todd - but hopefully there might be a few faces I recognise!

Sorry Mogs - i can't make tomorrow either - I'm away with work - Hollyoaks this time! And if I remember rightly - isn't the Floating Onion floating round Toronto as we speak?!

Thanks for letitng me know Ginger... typical - I finally get my a*** into gear and its finishing! Might still pop along - I've been to about 8 classes in North London.... Not sure they will do Salsa, but I'm guessing Tango would be covered as it's a Latin ballroom dance... Isn't there a sign up outside the same venue advertising Tango - Tango South London??

Hello... I'm pretty new to ED and have been wondering if anyone goes along the the Simply Ballroom venue on Lordship Lane... if so, I wondered what the standard was like? And is just lessons or social dancing too... I have been learning a bit of ballroom recently so I'm pretty much a beginner... Any info gratefully received! Thanks:)) (Subject title changed to Slightly Ballroom as it is the correct name of the dance class - The Administrator)

Further to this discussion, I live at the top of Lordship Lane (or is the bottom - I never know) - Anyway the Harvester / Horniman museum end - and I have no reception on my mobile whatevr - and I'm with Vodaphone - does anyone reading this live at that end too - and have found any of the network providers that have a stronger signal? Thanks!
