  1. Hello - not your area (Elephant and Castle) but any advice on who I can contact if there has been no heating for nearly a week for a block of flats and the landlord / letting agency hasn't done anything about it? There are elderly and a disabled person amongst the residents who are using electric heaters in the meantime.

  17. Yes, a kick start is needed on Bellenden Road. In the sense that there are too many empty shop premises along the road Not sure about you but I have not liked seeing the closure of Bayberry, Lucius & Richard, 3 of a Kind, The Bellenden Brasserie, etc in the last couple of years. ....and part of the reason why I live in the area is that its not Lordship Lane Looking forward to adding my custom to The Victoria
  18. Hi all Just looking for a recommendation, as we're getting nowhere with booking a holiday this summer (june for a couple of weeks) It'll be the two of us and our 18 month old - we're after a nice resort with a kids club and baby listening in the evening (as we don't want to put her in a night creche or get a babysitter every evening) Any tips welcome. Thanks
  19. Scott - really looking forward to what The Vic will look like and offer. When are you opening? Good food, selection of ales and a family room is what we (and many others in the area) are looking for. Hopefully your establishment will kick start the road (and get someone to open up the restaurant across the road as well). Also looking forward to using the Vic for a coffee during the day as well If you want a local family to try out any of your menu (or bar) - let me know... Tom
