Are you using an unused writable cd-rom or dvd? Is your dvd drive a read-write drive? Burning means the writing files to a disc, so called because the laser burns the pits rather than just reads them. It's usually a one time only process, once it's burnt you can't overwrite files. It might be easier simply to use a USB pen drive as all photo places accept them too and they'er pretty cheap these days. I got an 8GB one the other day for less than a tenner, and of course you can reuse them a huge number of times.

Agreed, spainiards dont sell friendliness cheap, but when you've got it, it's European friendliness mountain time. Politeness, well, I won't say they don't do it, they do, but they do it a bit differently, which is why Brits can often find them a bit brusque. I think Britain is very polite, but I do find outside London much friendlier than inside. That said ED is pretty good on the whole, it's one of the reasons I settled in the area having lived in many other bits of the city prior to it.

Agree that Regent is better but with a price to match. I'm not convinced the quality quiiiite matches the price, but it is a damn fine sunday roast, and the mint sauce is really good.

It's a strange one. Not really a horror. I'd call it a tense thriller, but it's oddly quite funny. Apart from the slight personality disorder, Esther's actually quite cool isn't she.

I actually turned wolf creek off the other night. I've seen it a couple of times and I think it's a good film, but it got to the second act and I thought I'd rather go to sleep. I got about 70% of the way through dead space before giving up, which is a pity as I wanted to see how the story ended, but I just got bored in the end. Maybe there is an argument for episodic gaming after all ala half life 2.
