Well said, I stopped buying trees at the EDT years ago as found the pricing inconsistent and the sellers a little rude and pushy. We were priced out of buying real trees a few years back when Plantnation closed down (Could get a 7ft delivered for ?30-40!) so makes no difference to us - good luck to them all, a little competition may stop the local sellers becoming complacent. That said - As I've said above - I do take some issue with the use of public land but it is only for a month. -

The small park surrounded by roads including a main bus route? I'd be surprised if you could hear the generators or notice the increase in fumes over what is already there. I somewhat agree over the issue of public land use but not the complaints of fumes and noise on a very busy road that is already full of fumes and noise... -
Not complaining, just wondering where they are, looks like a pretty big display, anyone have any idea?

What's on your wall, East Dulwich? Paintings? Prints? Photos? Nothing?

I currently have nothing since decorating but am planning on getting some photos I have taken enlarged, mostly of local landscape scenes. -

Unless of course, they are allowed to put stuff up on their walls or they don't use nails. -

I suspect, having been through a very traumatic experience and possibly still undergoing treatment for the injuries sustained,Patricia may not see coming back to update the forum as a priority and I doubt that the people who wished her well did so for her personal thanks! I do hope you are well Patricia and I hope that now the police are involved and there is a photo, the person can be found and dealt with appropriately. I hope that you are able to continue your day to day life without fear.

I did find a 4 - My brothers old address on East Rochester Way (The A2). Every address I seem to put in locally is a 3 though.

I'd be very surprised if Dulwich Estates allowed a KFC, it would be an eyesore at the least, can't think of another spot though and where are they putting a Camberwell Drive-Thru?! This seems a VERY long list of new branches, I'm taking it with a pinch of salt (as well as the other 10 secret herbs and spices)at the moment.

The pavement there is very wide, there is plenty of space between the bench and the road, you could always walk around the front of the bench instead of behind it?

Posting on behalf of a friend in the hope that someone here may have seen something today, I have posted in Lost & Found but thought I'd try here too as I know a lot of you use the museum. We just (between 2pm and 3pm) had our buggy stolen from the buggy park inside Horniman Museum, next to the cafe. It?s an olive green iCandy, with a John Lewis wool footmuff and Snooze Shade in the bottom. If anyone gets wind of it I?d appreciate hearing from you, thanks. Only the bottom of the footmuff was in the buggy, i.e. the bit little one lies on. Also, there was a Mummy Clip and similar, smaller clip attached to the bottom of the buggy. When we left two security officers were looking at CCTV footage... Can?t believe it?s gone!
