So, you moved in next door to a busy cafe and are now complaining about it. -

Wow, particularly joyless move by whoever it is. If you want to hear the gentle hoot of a tawny owl and the hypnotic babbling of a gentle brook of a Sunday, move to the Lake District / out of London. -

Bikes left out on streets in London will go missing / be picked clean within weeks usually. There's one near my office that was there for 3 days before the seat went, then that usuually opens the doors for people taking wheels etc - all this stuff will fetch a fiver second-hand which might seem petty but it's a lot to some people. Don't leave it on the road - if your flat is too poky, sell your bike and get a folding Dahon / Brompton. -

I love it. 'a high end restaurant' Let's Clapham this place up a bit. -
I borrowed a wheelchair the other day so that I may be able to speak to him on his level. Despite having carted myself all over the borough, he was nowhere to be found! Still, the good will of others astounded me. One fellow caried me (+chair) all the way back to my house! Apparently 'we folk need people to look out for us, as we can't manage by ourselves'. I thought about it, and I guess he's right.

This thread 'is' quite educational in that it confirms the propensity of ED to remain far beyond the furthest reaches of self-parody. *claps*

If only he had a login on here, eh? He could join in on this thread and talk about Waitrose and stuff

Imagine if 'dulwichmum' had one, can you imagine how funny it would be? I think I've sat through funnier paedophilia trials

Why not ask him if he's alright next time you see him instead of wringing your hands on here?

When the forum starts Wikipediaing postcodes you know it's getting serious as cancer. Any estate agents on here? Maybe it's technically 'Rye Village'. Or 'Peckham Heights'? 'Rye Common Approach?' 'East Dulwich Borders'? There's srylsy like 5 grand riding on my Victorian semi's sale price here, don't leave me hanging. -

When I grieve I do so properly, and these oiky testaments to broken dreams and gauche sentimentality should be disposed of. I lie awake for hours on end thinking about these unsightly carbunkles.
