You are enjoying yourself on here, aren't you, PnB? :))

In this case, it appears to be one particular delivery office manager. Whose "canning and doing" needs to be brought to the attention of senior managers, I would say. -

I wasn't assuming anything .... I had to Google when all this started to find out if I fell into the extremely vulnerable category (which I did). I also phoned my GP to check whether I needed to shield, which if anybody was in any doubt I would have thought would be the thing to do? In fact because I hadn't had a letter from the NHS I asked my GP to provide a letter in case I needed one to get a supermarket delivery, but in the event I didn't need the GP's letter. I wonder how many more have not > received their letters. I haven't had mine either, but I've had a letter from the council saying I "should" have received it, plus two phone calls from the council asking if I'm OK or if I need help. I've also received emails from several supermarkets saying that they have been told that I'm on a priority list for deliveries. However most people needing to shield would probably already know that? I have read that some GPs have patients who come into the same category of needing shielding (eg same medical conditions) but some have received the NHS letter and some haven't. So if it is a postal problem rather than an NHS problem, it seems to be happening elsewhere, not just in this area :( -

I don't think it was a closed shop. Anyone in ED could vote, if I recall. I voted.

There is apparently something very wrong with the management at Peckham sorting office, and it's about time something was done about it. It seems no time at all since the shambles when the Dulwich deliveries moved there from Sylvester Road. If it was me, my next step would be a complaint to the CEO of Royal Mail, copied in to Helen Hayes. -

Thank you IlonaM for posting that, but how depressing that all this is needed 😢

Using a washing machine after 6pm is classed as antisocial behaviour? Or, say, a hoover. Really? 6pm?? And "daylight hours" vary during the year, surely? I believe Southwark Noise Control specifically excludes domestic appliances as a reason to call them out, unless I have misremembered. I would have thought before 10pm was reasonable unless the noise was really loud? Good luck with sorting it out though, HelenAnne, I agree a friendly note would be the best first approach.

As mentioned in another thread on here (which I can't now find): MEATliquor @MEATLiquor ? Apr 24 With regards to the picture of the front of @MEATliquorED The Police arrived in a van all together and ordered. When the food was ready we delivered to their van. 3 uber drivers waiting for collection and some more passers by and someone waiting for a bus at the bus stop

Can you tell me exactly where on that page it says that if you catch a grey squirrel on your land you should destroy it? It says "insects or animals causing harm or nuisance" on your property. I have at least one grey squirrel eating the bird food in my garden. I find him quite amusing to watch. Are you suggesting I should kill him??? Because I am certainly not going to! :(

I wasn't able to use this app due to glitches, and when I contacted them to say so I just got a standard email response. I still keep getting notifications to fill it in "today" though ..... Hopefully other people will have better luck! -

How would "dangerous driving" be defined?
