  1. Not a credit card, but I had an M&S gift card go "missing" in the post. M&S replaced it, but I have no idea whether the original one was used.

So you can't actually answer my question, then?

  7. DulwichFox Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > > Time to get rid of Taxing Labour Southwark > council And you think a non-Labour Southwark council would have made money how? It is the Tory so-called government who has cut council funding to the bone, as I understand it. How do you understand it?

If memory serves there's a pub on Railton Road that has them on draught. Also one near Borough Market, at the main road end that Borough station is on (sorry, can't remember the name of the road).
  10. Check out the MoneySavingExpert website - there will be a section on Sim only. I will be looking shortly as well.

It was always very unappealing even when it was the Co-op chemist, in my opinion :(
  12. Brilliant :)

To the best of my knowledge, councils are being forced to find money from somewhere to fund vital services, because of the actions of the Tory government. They have already had to stop funding many things which are important to sections of the community. Having to find money because of Tory cuts is not the same as "taking the opportunity to make a fortune." Is my perception of the situation wrong?
  14. Well done for reporting it!
  15. Thank you for the YouTube clip. The first shop was Roullier White, wasn't it?

  18. It never rains etc etc. I've just been put on steroids for what is almost certainly polymyalgia (If they get rid of the pain, it is), and I'm wondering if anybody has any experience of this they would be happy to share with me, either on here or via PM? I've done a lot of googling and I'm quite concerned about the potential side effects of the steroids :( however I couldn't continue as I was as the pain was preventing me doing things, so steroids were basically the lesser of two evils :(

More staid. Can't imagine The Lanes being anything like Brixton market, but hey I haven't been to either of them for a while.
  20. Thanks yeknomyeknom, that would be great. I'll PM you!
  21. I always go for the free delivery. It usually arrives quite quickly. Have to spend the minimum, though.
  22. Thanks for that Marienne (I'm looking for the same thing!), they do mention kitchen mirrors so hopefully they do heat resistant ones.
  23. Don't you have to pay for the Amazon pick up at the Co-op?
